A day at Husk Farm Distillery is a must-do when visiting the Northern Rivers. Husk is a short 20min drive from the Gold Coast, and 1.5hrs from Brisbane.

Choose your own adventure! We recommend all first time guests book onto one of our 5 star distillery tours or experiences. Alternatively, book a table or umbrella on the lawn to enjoy cocktails, tasting flights and lunch.

We’re open 7 days / week from 11am.

Our tour guides offer a variety of fun guided experiences on our farm. Our unique farm to bottle processes mean you can see first hand our sustainable ‘full circle’ distilling practises. We are one of only a handful of true single estate distilleries in the world!

Tours are great value - they all include a welcome drink and complimentary tastings of our spirits, along with an exclusive and fun behind the scenes tour. Tours run Wednesday-Sunday.

If you’re looking for something more casual, book a picnic rug on the lawn and watch our cattle quietly graze in the paddocks while enjoying our beautiful seasonal drinks list.

Bookings are always appreciated and recommended on weekends as it can get quite busy.

COCKTAIL MAKING AFTERNOON | 2pm-6pm, Saturday 16th November.

Kick off the event with a welcome cocktail on arrival, followed by a cocktail making class. Throughout the afternoon, enjoy 4 hours of live music by the talented Jo McLean, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

All proceeds go to Heal.ed Tribe, a youth mental health charity dedicated to empowering and supporting young people through mental health challenges. Megan and Jacqui are fundraising for Heal.ed Tribe as part of Adventure Allstars, so your participation directly impacts youth in need.

SUMMER STARGAZING | 7pm-9.30pm, Saturday 7th December.

Stick around with us after Husk at Dusk and enjoy a unique evening with Byron Bay Stargazing. Experience an out-of-this-world journey to space led by Astrophysicist and TedX speaker Dimitri.
