Cellar Door Booking Terms & Conditions
By making a booking with Husk Farm Distillery, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the below terms and conditions.
Please read carefully to ensure you are not disappointed.
1. Credit card details are stored for confirmation of your booking. Husk Distillers will consider all bookings tentative unless credit card details are provided. Credit card details can be entered at the time of booking online.
2. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No shows for large group bookings will be charged a $15 per person no show fee and a mark on their reservation profile. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings.
3. Guests will be given a 15-minute grace period if late for their booking without notifying Husk. After this grace period your table may be used for other guests. Your confirmation email has the appropriate contacts to notify Husk.
4. Table Reservation Length: 1-6 guests are allocated 90mins, 6+ guests are allocated 120mins. Pending availability on the day of your reservation, we can move your group to a more casual dining after your table reservation to enjoy a longer visit.
5. We can never guarantee table locations, please include preferences in your booking notes to better your chances. Husk does not accept multiple bookings for the same party. Husk reserves the right to cancel double or back-to-back bookings not approved by management.
6. All lawn reservations are tentative as they are weather dependent. In the case of inclement weather, our team will contact you the day of your reservation to confirm availability of alternative seating.
Our lawn umbrellas can accommodate up to 10 people under them comfortably with sufficient shade in the warmer weather.
No camp chairs/beach umbrellas/marquees etc. for lawn reservations. If you require a seat, we can arrange a space with suitable seating if necessary.
7. Husk reserves the right to cancel any bookings on the day if deemed unsuitable due to weather or other causes. In the case of circumstances beyond our control such as heavy or prolonged wet weather, floods or other forces of nature, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
8. Husk Farm Distillery implements a smart casual dress code and reserves the right to refuse entry to those who do not meet Husk’s dress standards.
9. All group bookings of 8 adults or more are required to join us on a set menu or group experience. You can view more information on these experiences and submit a request here.
10. As a licensed venue we do not permit any external food or beverages. The full menu is viewable online.
11. Although we do allow children to visit the venue, it is advised that we are a working distillery & children must be supervised at all times. Please include children in your booking. We have a Kids meal deal available for purchase.
12. Children are the responsibility of their parent/guardians and are not to enter or play in our gardens and must remain out of Restricted Areas. Safety concerns for guests visting Husk include native snakes, livestock, open bodies of water and storm water drains. Children and their guardians must follow advice and requests of staff to ensure everybody’s safety. If instructions are not followed, Husk reserves the right to ask to guests vacate the venue.
13. Husk Farm Distillery has a designated dog friendly area. Please follow the rules enforced by our distillery dog Tilly and her friends, see here. If rules are not followed, Husk reserves the right to ask to guests vacate the venue.
14. 0.8% surcharge applies to all card payments. 10% surcharge applies to food and drink on Sundays. 15% surcharge applies to food and drink during NSW and National Public Holidays.
15. Cakeage incurs a $15 per cake fee. Please ensure you notify us upon booking or on arrival when bringing a cake into our venue. We will provide plates, cutlery and napkins. Lighting of candles or sparklers must be declared and approved by a staff member. No open flames are permitted inside the Barrelhouse or Cellar Door.
16. Husk does not allow any balloons or confetti onsite to preserve our environment from waste. Any decorations must be approved prior by management. Should additional excessive cleaning be required after your booking, you will be contacted, and you may incur a cleaning fee of up to $100 and will be processed via the clients’ credit card provided. Cleaning and damage include, but are not limited to, excessive glass breakage, graffiti, excessive litter, damage to interior and exterior structures and items of the venue.

17. Husk Distillers will not be held responsible for any loss of property or damage to personal belongings and strongly recommend that all gifts, cards, money etc. are secured and removed from the venue at the conclusion of your booking.
18. Guests who are intoxicated or behaving in an inappropriate or irresponsible manner will be asked to vacate the premises. Guests under the age of 18 are welcome however must be accompanied by a responsible, supervising adult. There is an on-the-spot penalty notice of $1,100; court-imposed fines of up to $11,000 and/or 12 month’s imprisonment; and the suspension or cancellation of the venue’s liquor license. It is the responsibility of both the licensed venue owner or manager and the minor’s parents to prevent the consumption of alcohol by a minor. Please ensure that you inform your guests to bring proof of age identification as any guests who cannot supply this when asked will not be allowed to consume alcohol.
19. Any guests found to be consuming or distributing drugs will be removed immediately and police will be informed.
20. Husk Distillers will not be held responsible for any personal injuries.
By confirming your booking, you agree to our house rules and dress code.
Cellar Door refund policy:
Retail products purchased from the cellar door will only be exchanged due to being deemed faulty by the Venue Manager.
Proof of purchase is required and must be exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase. No refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
