Our cocktail sugars are made by the Husk bar team and perfect for making cocktail rims or sugar syrup.

To rim your glass, run a slice of lemon or lime around the rim, then dip the glass into the sugar. To make a cocktail syrup, dissolve equal parts water and cocktail sugar.

Our rosella sugar is beautifully sweet & tart, just like our Ink Sloe & Berry Gin. Use it to make beautiful deep red syrup. At the cellar door, we use our rosella sugar to rim one of our most popular cocktails - Purple Rain.

Our butterfly pea sugar is soft and herby, and gives an incredible blue colour to syrups which is pH sensitive, mixing to pink with the addition of lemon, lime or tonic.
