Husk Signature is the first rum to bear the Australian Cultivated Rum (ACR) mark, officially launching the birth of this new style of Australian Rum.
With the ACR seal of authenticity, Signature is a farm to bottle rum made from 100% single estate cane juice, non-chill filtered and with no added flavours, colours or sweeteners.
ACR is a trademark registered by Husk to define where and how this new style of rum can be made. It’s a guarantee of quality, integrity and authenticity. Learn more about the ACR rules here.
In essence, ACR rums are produced exclusively from freshly crushed cane juice in a recognised Australian Cane Growing Region along the north-east Australian coastal plain between Mossman, QLD and Grafton, NSW.
Our vision for ACR is to create rums with a true sense of provenance using the natural flavours of local cane varieties and ambiently matured in small barrels.
This unique approach pioneered by Husk seeks to demonstrate that rum can be taken seriously and appreciated as one of the world’s finest sipping spirits.
It took years to craft Husk Signature but it is only the beginning for ACR and we invite you to join us on the fabulous adventure of Australian rum.
