Ink Garden GT : Recipe

The wonderful thing about a G&T is it’s pretty intuitive. The hint is in the name - gin, tonic. Probably in a glass. You don’t really need a recipe, but to take your G&T to the NEXT LEVEL we’re giving you one anyway.

Our nice buddies at Capi have created a special 'Garden Tonic’ inspired by Victoria’s lush gardens, home to a myriad of colours and fragrances of native flora stretching from Melbourne into the greater country. This beautiful bubbly bottle has aromatic flavours of fresh herbs rounded out by native lime. It’s a Spring walk through Victoria - bottled - and it tastes bonkers good with Ink Gin.

To make the ultimate Garden G&T, pour 45ml Ink Gin into an ice filled wine glass. Top with Capi Garden Tonic and garnished with something hectic that reminds you of a spring garden - we’re thinking dehydrated citrus, fresh strawberry slices, cucumber slices, and a big sprig of mint.
