From Their Paddocks to Our's

From small goods to baked goods, to dairy farms & natural spring water - at Husk Farm Distillery we look to our neighbours for all of the above. In the thriving and prolific food bowl that is the Northern Rivers, when it comes to loading up our grazing boards or garnishing our Husk original cocktails, we needn’t look any further.

Our region is known for its abundance of creators, growers and makers. Burringbar’s Cheeses Loves You (how good’s the name?) feature on our signature Husk Grazing Board, which boasts an array of local select cheeses, honeycomb, olives, dips and bread. Billinudgel’s Salumi and Tweed Heads’ Bread Social also feature on the Husk board, and on our cellar door snacking menu.

Want something sweet with your Burleigh-roasted Blackboard Coffee? How does Ink Gin Candied Lemon Bon Bons sound? Or Spiced Bam Bam-soaked chocolate-covered coffee beans? Let Byron Bay Cacao sate your sweet-tooth with specially-developed boozy Husk chocolates. Or, for a sober sweet option, their chocolate-coated dried bananas are - dare I say it - bananas.

As a working farm distillery, we choose to collaborate with local producers who adopt similar sustainable practices to us. From the paddock to the bottle, from the paddock to the plate. While our bottles are the star of the show here, our grazing menu of cellar door snacks is perfect to pair with your Ink Gin & Tonic or Husk Rum tasting flight. Available at the distillery Wednesday-Sunday until 3pm.
