Frequently Asked Questions

  • Husk Farm Distillery is Australia’s only farm to bottle distillery. This means we are an 150acre operating cattle and cane farm as well as a distillery. Husk is unique, as you can see where your spirits are coming from - from the cane fields to your glass.

At Husk we have a distillery bar with a full cocktail list, as well as a kitchen and gift shop.

You can choose your own adventure at Husk Farm Distillery. We recommend first timers to go on one of our Tours, which are great fun, last between 40min-1.5 hours (depending on which tour you go on) and include plenty of taste testing.

If you’re short on time, you can also do rum or gin flights at your table, and make sure you go for a walk around the farm. We have infographics around the place so you can learn more about our farm to bottle philosophy.

Hungry? Sit down for a long lunch from Planter’s Kitchen, paired with some beautiful cocktails. We also have beer and non alcoholic options available.

Do you have kids, or a big group and just want to chill out? Book an umbrella on the lawn and spread out, play some lawn games and order a grazing board off the QR code lawn menus.

Soak in the country air, and don’t forget to stock up at the gift shop on your way out.

  • Well behaved children are welcome and there is space for the kids to run around. However please remember we are an operating farm, distillery and fully licensed cocktail venue, so children must be closely supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Any damaged property must be paid for. Please note we don’t have a playground.
