After launching Australia’s first agricole rum, Husk Distillers invited the best bartenders from Brisbane to Byron to challenge convention & change the way we perceive & drink rum in Australia.
THE CHALLENGE: Create a unique Ti Punch recipe that reflects our region, heritage & spirit, taking this traditional French Caribbean cocktail & giving it an Australian twist.
Matthew O’Malley from Cobbler has been crowned the 2017 Ti Punch Master. Matthew has won the ultimate rum experience for himself and 3 friends at Husk Distillers, Tumbulgum.
