After launching Australia’s first agricole rum, Husk Distillers are inviting the best bartenders in our local area from Brisbane to Byron to challenge convention & change the way we perceive & drink rum in Australia.
THE CHALLENGE: Create a unique Ti Punch recipe that reflects our region, heritage & spirit, taking this traditional French Caribbean cocktail & giving it an Australian twist.
The person crowned the 2017 Ti Punch Master will win the ultimate rum experience for themselves and 3 friends at Husk Distillers, Tumbulgum during the 2017 harvest in November.
