Due to rapid sales growth in our core portfolio, Husk Distillers are looking for casual production assistants to join our small, hardworking team.
You will be employed on a casual basis, and will assist on the distillery floor when required. This will primarily be in our small pilot plant distillery and move to our new larger distillery building when construction is completed later this year.
The role of the production assistant will be varied and will include working as part of a small team on the bottling line to fill, label and pack bottles. Read mroe & submit your resume here.

Husk Distillers are proud to announce the release of a limited edition rum to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the village of Tumbulgum, Northern NSW.

Earthworks are underway for the construction of Husk Distillers new distillery.
As we have quickly outgrown our pilot plant distillery, which was a simple converted farm shed, the new distillery will have a much higher production capacity and will be complete with a cellar door, bar and visitors centre. Husk Plantation Rum Distillery will be open to the public for tours and tastings, and we hope to throw open the doors in late 2017.

Husk Distillers Ink Gin has been awarded Best Innovation in the spirits category at the Australian Drinks Awards, the country’s most prestigious drinks industry competition.
In a highly competitive category, Ink Gin was up against some of the biggest global brands including Jack Daniels, Woodford Reserve, Bundaberg Rum and Suntory’s Yamazaki, Hakushu and Hibiki Whiskeys.
